I have seen a few people on this forum mention "Rescue Remedy". I'm curious what it is, what exactly it does, if it works, and if it does work where I can find it?

Hi there

I have used rescue remedy in the past and I find that in full panic mode it does help to take the edge off.
You can get it for your local health store I have recently seen it in some chemists as well.
Try holland & barrett they should have it along with information on how to use it and how it works.
Good luck.

I got it from Boots, it doesn't help me at all but I suffer quite severe anxiety.
