Pleurisy or muscle strain?

Hi there,

I've just recently got over a bad cold/mild flu thing, it really made me feel awful. Thankfully I have felt much better the last couple days. However, last night I woke up and had a pain on the right side of my chest. I noticed it hurt in that particular area when I breathed in deep, also when I cough. Now today, it's pretty severe when it happens, though it doesn't hurt at all when I'm just in one position. When I laugh a bit or move around in certain positions it really hurts.

I'm thinking it could be pleuritic, but I wondered if this sort of pain could possible be due to muscle strain?

It sounds like pleuracy, its very painful upon breathing, try get some antibiotics as soon as you can, I had it years ago and sleeping was a nightmare, everytime I turned over it was so painful,:D
