Tension - Can it be serious

I have had the tension in my neck for three years now. It never leaves, massage and chiro's, I've tried everything.
Now lately my sit bones bother me and feel tight and then it makes my legs feel wobbly. Feeling wobbly makes me feel like I have body shakes.
It is a vicious circle. My lower back does hurt a little. I am now afraid it is something more in my bones. I am alarmed at bone cancer and did make an appointment with my doctor for Thursday. I deep down know it is likely muscular but can't help the thoughts in the back of my mine.
Does anyone else have the sit bones tightness?
I also feel like it is bowel related and also my stomach is weezy now.

Hi TT,

Im also going through a tough time at the minute and I can sympathise with you totally. I think our anxiety has a lot to answer for. Today Ive goggled and ended up worse cos now Ive got more cancers to think about than I had this morning.
