Hi I'm new to posts but i use this website A LOT when i feel like my anxiety is at a high!
I've suffered about 15 years with this health anxiety and i do believe its a disease that's taken over..I have had CBT which has worked to some extent but i still annoyingly get the worry of cancer, heart problems, brain tumours so on.
I have a current worry about Ovarian cancer, past few days i have had heartburn and loose bowel movements. I know that this is probably my anxiety but the worry wont subside. I wish i could get other this, the constant worrying is damaging my relationship and life!!
I go on holiday in 5 weeks and i don't want to go worrying i have ovarian cancer or something new that could pop into me head before hand.
Advice, help would be very much appreciated xx
