I feel really sick

Do you feel sick because someone got you into trouble at work? I feel sick when I have a shock & get really upset over something. Have you approached the person you thought you could trust and asked them why they did this? You would feel better if you got it off your chest and faced your fear. Trusting someone means more than anything to me, I've just been robbed by someone who I thought was a friend and it made me sick to my stomach. She's in court on Thursday for theft and her family are making me feel like I'm the guilty party. Its awful. Trust your instincts and be careful who you trust.
