anyone share any methods of getting through a setback? having one with around 5 days and it has been horrible feeling like i am back to square one, i know it always goes at some stage but when you are slab bang in the middle of one it feels like it will never leave

When you have a setback it feels like it's the worst you've ever been - it's because you have been so close to normality, anxiety feels dreadful compared to it.
Setbacks are proof that you are getting better! Remember that!
Setbacks are a great way to practising beating that anxiety and nipping it in the bud before it get's worse. You will get better at this each setback.
Keep smiling, you know you will feel better one day.
Don't let your thoughts spiral, keep busy, keep in control of it, show it who's boss.
