Tiny blister on tongue

Does anyone else suffer with this? I am sure I get these when Im suffering from stress or run down. They just seem to be appearing more regularly now, so sore!

i get ulcers all the time especially when i am run down they are only tiny buy boy are they painful, a bit of salt water and they soon go

I get them all the time when I'm run down, I find 'Igloo' really good and usually clears them up very quickly.
