reassurance please!!!!

I'm in need of some serious reassurance. I was just sitting around today doing nothing and all of the sudden I started getting these really sharp pains that started around my elbow and went down to my hands...can this be caused by anxiety?? Have any of you experienced pain like this??

I get it if I'm on the computer or something where I lean on my arm too long.

I get the same thing, but sometimes in my legs as well. Not much fun, but nothing to worry about!

i get various sharp pains. i used tobe really worried but now i just try to ignore it and i'm still here!
