really worried need advice :s

hey so im just sitting at my desk and i got like sort of tunnel vision then my heart like 'rumbled' for a slit second and then started going fast! its has made me really anxious since! can anyone relate??

Hi Pablo :)

I'm no expert but I've had these same symptoms, the tunnel vision and 'fluttery/thudding' heart and for me it is a sign of low blood sugar. The fast heart beat could be caused by the adrenaline surge. The body is designed to release adrenaline when the blood sugar level drops as it helps the liver release stored glucose back into the bloodstream - unfortunately the side effect of adrenaline is panic and increased heart rate - not nice when you suffer with HA.
