having a panic attack after eating chips i know perfetic puples massive getting scaird and im sweating abit on the hands feel like i cant breath

Your pupils enlargen to let in more light when you have a panic attack, it's part of fight or flight so you can see your danger more clearly. All your symptoms are of a panic attack, try not to focus on yourself, you are focusing on what your eyes look like but you don't have to, they aren't a sign of anything bad.
You might be feeling bad after the chips as they are junky and will fill you with energy briefly :)
