please help m...numbness, heaviness and tingling in left arm and mild pain/tightness

So for a few months I have been experiencing numb, tingling and heavy left arm with mild pain on left shoulder/breast and general left area.
I experience this mainly at night in bed and when anxious it comes on full force.
I also experience palpitations too and sweaty palms.
I have ruled out heart attack as that wouldn't last months. However, I am freaking that I have Angina. I am 28 and in good health and ideal weight. I do socially smoke.
Anyone else get the same? X

Apart from shoulder and breast pain, the rest of the symptoms just sound like general anxiety, all of which I experience. I would say go to the docs and get it checked out, just to be on the safe side and stop you worrying too much.
