chest pain

Hi there,

I was on this sight a few weeks ago talking about losing weight and having no appetite...well things are still the same and I am TOTALLY obsessing about it. I have also got a REALLY tight chest all the time and pains around my back and my arms. I am utterly convinced that I have lung cancer...and am freaking out about it constantly...any words would be gratefully received.

the pain is from you overbreathing and strssing!
i get that also, its over usage of your chest muscles
try camomile tea, check your not on meds as some herbs can interact
it helps with muscles to relax x
