Big beet? Breath taking? Light headed? What is it!!!!

Since I was 16 I've had anxiety issues, but along with this I get like......

I massive heart beat? Feels like air fills my heart or it's gonna explode, sometimes I only get one a week but when I try and exercise after about 30 mins of physical exercise I got them about 10 In a row! And I over sweat!

It's scared the hell out of me and I always think when I get one. This is it this time I'm gonna die?

Is this what you get when you have a palpitation?...... Or can it be sank else, worse?
