HELP for IBS

Hello,
My Dr. has told me that I have IBS - however I have other sx along with my IBS sx- that really make me uncomfortable.
I am in a lot of pain in my stomach, especially at night...
bloating
constipation (sometimes)
diarrhea (sometimes)
pain in abdomen

I really watch what I eat & I eat a fairly healthy diet. I do drink a lot of water.

Does anyone have any other tips that I could try?
