Propranalol - worth a try?

Hi All,
Has anyone tried propranalol for panic attacks while driving? I find doing exposure has made me worse and now I don't know how I'll get to work when my mat leave ends! I thought I could just take it as needed in the short term to dull the symptoms and help me through some exposure work and then stop. Is that how it works?

Hi I take them two twice a day, they defo help me as I get palpitations, I would give them a go, and there not addictive!

I used to take them as and when needed, to be honest don't think they did much for me. Think they are meant to help with palpitations, and other people have found them helpful. Good luck with your driving and return to work x
