I started to feel better from my virus Sunday, though then went on to not get sleep at all two nights in a row so that might have not helped much. My viral rash (all over blotchy, red) goes away but comes back if I am in bright sun or if I get stressed out. How long does the rash last? How long should I give it before going back to the doctor?
I truly don't have any other symptoms anymore. Is it just a matter of waiting it out now?
just adding I got blood tests done last week when I was sick really badly and was told I just have a virus but not told which virus. They were testing for autoimmune stuff.
