Hi its been one of those days again. Had chest pain today and went to doc had ecg done it came back fine anyway the problem im having at the min is my head . I have a headache but ive also been getting a kind of stinging sensation in it aswell , i feel like things r popping inside my head too. Is this all tension and anxiety or is it something else...plse help

Hi Ella I'm suffering from extreme anxiety at the moment I too get the popping in my head, and pressure headaches. Also sometimes just as I'm about to go to sleep I get this big bang sound in my head, but it's all anxiety. I f you search on this site down the left side for symptoms it explains more. X
