I have been very anxious about my health recently and have been on google a lot which I know is bad but recently I keep getting a tight chest. I know this can be a symptom of anxiety but today it happened whilst I was shopping in the town out of the blue when I wasnt even thinking about anxiety or my problems. I am so scared as to what caused it. I was tired and yawing after it passed. I could breath but it felt tight :weep: Please help me. I have an 8 month baby to look after and am struggling.
