No and No... circulation is bad with anx, my hands are always cold, go numb too... shaky and dizzy is all the unburnt adrenaline running round your system...
Try and calm down, distract yourself, and dont start worrying and getting yourself into a panic....

That is panic/anxiety - typical symptoms

What even the breathing thing? My hands feel weak too.

oh yeah the breathing is typical of anxiety.

You need to sit calmly and do some correct abdnominal breathing and the other things should sort themselves out very soon

As I have been ok for over an hour does that mean I'm not in shock?

I just keep shivering and feeling cold all the time.

You only go into shock with trauma/an accident/severe illness etc

This is just anxiety. Try the deep breathing thing

Maybe I have a severe illness? Just saying, I am worried that I might have anaemia as well because of my tiredness and dizziness but how long can untreated anaemia go on for until it causes severe problems? Last blood test I had done was in November.

I don't think anaemia causes any major problems to be honest.

You would know if you had a severe illness. I am talking about something serious - not just anaemia or dizziness.

Get the doc to do some blood tests if you are worried though

Hi there,

It sounds very much like anxiety to me too. I'm always cold, and when my anxiety's at its worst, I get really shaky and weak.

Try to stay calm and distract yourself. It will pass.

Take care

Sound like typical panic attack symptoms. Are you okay?
