I just wondered if there is anyone out there who would consider being friends/pen pals?

I'm a 44 year old male, who finds himself quite isolated and lonely at times, because of the effects of my OCD and Social Phobia.

I'm not necessarily looking only to hear from other OCD suffers, but anyone who is genuine, understanding and non-judgemental.

It would be great to have someone to chat with about anything and everything, as well as the anxiety stuff which I usually find too difficult to share with people I know.

i have panic attack, and like you i cant share with ppl i know as i dont want them to think im crazy, and most of the time they never really understand what it feels like..i find that they think its something i can snap out of it.. i wish its that easy!!!
