Hi can someone help me plse. Ive been having pain and pressure in my chest today i had an ecg done at docs friday which came back fine so i dont know wat to think now. Plse is this all anxiety or heart related. :weep::weep:

anxiety has so many symptoms...chest pain being one of them...are you breathing regually are fast..i get chest pain when i start to get anxsious and my breathing goes funny and i take down too much air and then i get the chest pain.

A lot of anxiety sufferers go round with tense muscles without even knowing it and this can lead to chest pains and tightness across the chest. Maybe try relaxing in a really nice hot bath to see if you feel any better. This generally works for me.

I've had some chest pain and tightness as well today, sent me right into a panic!

Have you had heart tests done to rule anything out? I'm sure it's just anxiety, we're still here!
