Fluttery heart getting me down

Flutter flutter flutter - driving me mad! Trying to fight the urge to panic and let adrenalin flow through me. How do you guys fight this?

If you drink tea or coffee, try de-caff, it worked for my heart flutter and flippy tummy. plus try not to fight it , tell 'it' to come and you then take control, instead of 'it' controllling you.
