Day 3 on cit 10mg and inositol/choline

Well, no side effects whatsoever yet... yay! Although I had the most bizarre dream about an exploding horse.

My bf has just gone home after being here all weekend so the intrusive thoughts will more than likely start again soon. I really hope these cit do the job and give me back my life!

Yes I also had a few weird dreams at first, but not many.
Not sure if I had any side effects from cit as all the symptoms I was experiencing were already there before taking the meds, nausea,chest pains, headaches, dizziness, dry mouth, tingles ect. Still get most of them still but seem less severe.
On day 22 today, had a bit of a blip last week, but think am back on track now.
How are you feeling today? Do you have to go to work or not? Keep smiling x
