I'm so pleased with myself, it's the first time in nearly 5 years! :yahoo:
Ok, so it was at 7.15am when I hoped there'd be no-one about but I forgot it was market day and the traders were all there setting up their stalls.
This was my biggest challenge and I nearly talked myself out of it, telling myself it was too much, that I wouldn't be able to cross the roads whilst being gripped by fear. I ignored my negative self and it all went well.
20 minutes there and twenty minutes back.
I'll keep challenging myself now.
Isn't it amazing what 'normal' people take for granted? haha!

Just wanted to say that is great :yesyes:...I know how hard that must've been (I am nowhere near going into town yet!). It just made me smile (having morning coffee whilst checking mail) it gives us all hope. Well done for not giving in.
