Chest Cold Sensation?

I suffer from bad anxiety about everything.

But quite offen I get a cold sensation in my chest/heart. Sometimes I feel like something is leaking?

Doesn't anyone know what this is or get it aswell cause it really worries me. I tell doctors but they just say its all part of anxiety.

Hey Morag.

I'm not sure if its the same, but i quite often get cold sensations on my head and on several other body parts. It feels like someome is holding a piece of ice there for a brief moment then it goes but can also keep returning many times throughout the day. Some days i get it while other days i dont. It's weird...

When i suffered from panic attacks badly, my first symptom was tingling lips, jelly legs and a cold, numb feeling in the centre of my chest.

That sounds very much like what you are experiencing.
