Back again suffering from huge anxiety probs.
I really want to get off this blinking merry do round:wacko:
Moved last year after divorce and now live on my own and struggling. Hate this house and have sold it after just 6 months :(
I don't want to rely on meds. Tried Sertraline last year and hated it.
Has anybody overcome their Anx please? If so how?
