I keep hitting my head

So yesterday I hit my head on my bed and today I just hit it getting out of the car. It hurts but only the bit I just hit. I know what symptoms to look out for (nausea, dizziness, blurred vision etc.) and I don't really have any of these but I still panic and that makes me a bit dizzy so I end up going round in circles. I'm worried that I convince myself I'm over reacting and any symptoms are just due to anxiety but that worries me I'll ignore something that is actually serious.

Also, I'm trying to think if there is a reason I keep hitting my head - perhaps my glasses aren't right?

I would say you keep hitting your head because your not looking where your going,lol.
No honest your just having a bad day, it happens. shouldnt worry to much about brain injury, you would have to hit your head with some force for that to happen.
slow down have a cup of tea and chill for the rest of the day. :shades:
