tension in muscles ???

Hi
just wondering and looking to put my mind at ease.

Does ne one get pain across the top half of back/shoulders, lower back and sides?

im trying to be rational and not stress over it, but it hurts when i move, so im guessing - muscular?? Im holding myself in a uptight sort of position alot and also push a doouble buggy

any advise would be great. The pain is worse in my shoulder.upper back

Back and shoulder aches are very common. In fact my back is hurting now from sitting hunched over the laptop! Look at things such as your posture, do you sit and stand properly, make sure you are not lifting things too heavy or twisting, and that your bed/pillow is comfortable. For relief you could try a heat pad, massage, a warm bath, Ibuprofen etc.

Yes, I always get those exact areas. It's def muscular.
