right side dull pain just below ribs

i've developed a new symptom - this time its a dull pain in the right upper abdomen just below the ribs - had it a week - i have a fatty liver but my blood are more or less normal.

could be - fatty liver pain / ibs / stress induced ( like most of my past niggles have been )

anyone had similar?....

yes i have pain under ribs underarms, back shoulders u name it. think its all tension through stress. make ur self busy for a hour and see if it goes, is the pain there when u think about it?

Iv suffered with this for about 10 months, had 2 abdominal ultrasounds, numerous blood tests all normal. Havnt had an appetite lately and lost a bit of weight and convinced I have something wrong but part of me knows it's anxiety. I notice when I distract myself it doesnt bother me but as soon as I think about it it's there.
