Effects with fluoxetine/prozac 20 mg

I had awful insomnia on this drug grrr. Stopped it after a few months as it never helped my depression/anxiety much and switched to sertraline.

What side effects are you getting then?

I'm sorry to hear! :/ How's sertraline for you now? - Any better? Eating alot one day and not the next, feeling sleepy one min then not the next, dizziness, feeling sick, shaky and feeling down for no particular reason. But I took the tablet a few hours late than I usually do (couldn't be helped) and I was on edge, seeing things that weren't there, hearing music (no music was playing), feeling sick, very shaky, walking fast and not feeling able to stop, very emotional. But I'm pretty sure that was just cause I took it a bit later than I usually do, but even so...
I haven't had it bad as most people on here have seemed to have!

Oh no! You've had an ordeal eh? I think some of it is our own anxiety mixed with some obvious side effects, but it does get easier Lorna.

I've found I tolerate sert a lot better but it's horses for courses and trial and error - horrible as that is. It's helped me but I had to increase it recently and I've noticed more short-term anxiety and night sweats. Hope it settles soon.
