Stomach Issues Prickling/stabbing

Hi

On and off, I seem to get stabbing/prickling pains in different areas of my stomach. That is the best way that I can describe them. Also, I can hear quite a lot of noise from my stomach at times - squelching gurgling sort of sounds. Doesn't bother me when I am asleep or waken me up and seems to be fine, until I start moving around. Does it sound like IBS?

Im currently suffering the same... Well.i feel like im have short sharp shootin pain.. In different places around my tummy and lower abdomen..
Im currently wondering what it is..
I was guessing at ibs.. As i ate alot of pizza yesterday but i dont know.
