Is this anxiety or don't I love her?

What's going on?
When I'm with my gf i feel fine but when I'm away from her I try and remember her and I can't! This panics me as when I can't remember her then I feel like I dont love her and everything! What's this?
Is this my anxiety!
I have OCD and have been having cbt!

Don't worry, I think you are just looking to far into this. If I understand you correctly, and I could be understanding wrong, but I think I have experienced similar. I have noticed that when I actively try to remember somebody I have difficulty placing their face or their voice in my head. But if I am just thinking about them haphazardly without effort it is fine, I just don't notice I'm doing it. It's wheN I am focusing on it that it is hard because it's like psyching myself out.

It's not like you truly forget she exists or don't recognize her, like in dementia or something. Again, I think it's just your mind getting the better of you! Happens to me a lot.
