Weird heart sensation

Does anyone ever feeling like their heart is gurgling? Like if you have a congested chest and your breathing feels gurgly, like that, but in your heart. Does anyone know what could cause this? It doesn't last just a few seconds, it can last for a while, but sometimes if I change my sitting position it stops. It only ever happens where my heart is, not in other spots on my chest, which makes me think it's specific to my heart and not my chest.

Could be mucus, do you get any post nasal drip? I get all kinds of strange sensations around the heart area and convince myself it's my heart. It could also be muscular. Doesn't sound heart related but i'm not a doctor. If you are worried go and see your gp x

Yeah, I definitely have postnasal drip from constant allergies. Could that be causing it? It feels weird that it's around my heart.

I feel all kinda weird heart sensations (or what i think are heart sensations) daily, if it stops when you change body position it could be muscular or maybe acid reflux do you ever burp or out like that?

I do burp sometimes, but it could definitely be muscular. Is that someone a chiropractor could help with, do you think?
