Strange head sensations

HI

Not really sure how to explain this one, but I am hoping that some of you may be able to relate to this. My brain feels like its vibrating sometimes, particularly on the crown of my head, my eyes feel very heavy, like i could just close them and go to sleep, fullness in eyes & ears, feel woozy, vision feels off and my head feel to heavy for my shoulders too. I'm so worried that there is something seriously wrong with me and i keep thinking about my heart, because i'm still getting a fast heart beat from time to time. I have been a little wound up this morning so it may be that, but still worried that it might be something else.

aw same hun its horrible and can feel so intense sometimes i have the eye heaviness alot lately :( xx
