Hi - Just thought I would let you know on Thursday 3 May on ITV1 there is a 30 minute documentary on men suffering with depression at 7.30pm.

Cannot remember correct title but thought it may be of some help to you

I just looked it up and it's called 'The Trouble With Men: Tonight'.
Could be quite interesting :)

Yes - it may help. Need more awareness of these so common issues! It is getting a bit better but not quite there yet and men are the last ones to admit depression.

Hi Pink - yes not too bad - but upping dose tonight Cit 20mg! suppose anxiety will rocket but cannot complain at the moment re side effects - just some headaches that appear in the afternoon? Have my lorazepam to hand!

How are you on the Ven? doing ok - think last time you were getting on well with them.

The psychiatrist said Plan B would be venlafaxine XL? so we will have to see.

Just made some fruit scones - haven't done any baking whilst like this!

Yea, to be honest, i wasn't expecting much from ITV.
