More worried than ever!!!!

Im not town at the moment in a pub with friends and i feel so ill, i keep breaking out in cold sweats and feeling faint, pale, dizzy and much more, i just feel terrible not sure if i am gonna make it through the night.

Dont you just love it when the anxiety kicks in when we're meant to be having fun....?
This is usual hun, ive had this on nights out where i ruins it and i end up sitting in a corner myself...
