Hi,
My name is Gretchen and I'm so glad I found this website. It has really helped me this past month. I am just now starting to use the forum. It has helped me to read other people's posts and know that I am not alone. I'm 37 and I have 4 children. My panic/anxiety started when I had my twins 12 years ago. My kids are really good kids and I have a happy home life, but when I slow down and relax, my busy life catches up with me and I have panic attacks. From reading the website, I think I classify as someone with health anxiety. I like this term better than hyperchondria! This past month I've convinced myself that I have a heart condition. I thought Paxil would be the answer as I had used it in the past and it worked. This time, however, I think I had a very bad reaction to it. I've stopped it and I'm ready to explore natural remedies. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward to meeting people.
