New on here please help

hey guys

im 23 years old and unfortunately been a health anxiety sufferer for quite a while now, however i have recently been experiencing sharp pains where the heart is for about a week now and just cant help thinking im going to have a heart attack, they only last for a couple of seconds but its really starting to get me down, ive had a few ECG'S and an echocardiogram before as ive had pains and palpatations in the past but surely it cant just be anxiety?! has anyone else experienced these pains?

Yeah i used to get this alot when i was younger. (alot younger) :blush: lol...

There are so many causes for chest pains. Wind, growing pains (even at your age) a touch of acid reflux, depanding on what you have eaten. All completely and utterly harmless. Also you have had some tests done so i think it's safe to say your heart is healthy.

I know chest pains are scary because we immediately think it's our heart but rest assure hun that they can also be completely normal and don't indicate health problems. (Promise).
