since my date of death date came and went, i have been able to deal with my HA a lot better.... now im not saying im cured i still have the worry and panic attacks but they seem easier to cope with :) im really happy and content recently..... so pleased.
just thought id share. this page has been a huge help to me and it will for some time yet......
just a quick update really, everyone was so understanding on my thread dealing with the date of death that i wanted to say a big thank you to all :D
