Newly diagnosed Bipolar patient!

Hi i'm new, 28, mother of 2.. recently diagnosed with bipolar.

confused, feel silly, and want answers of how and why this happens, well i have a fair idea but i just feel in limbo... i have a lot of symptoms of anxiety, paranoia, depression, hypomania.

would love to chat and get to know you all!
