Hi all, Hope your doing well today!

I was doing well until last night.
If anyone has read any of my previous posts, I have been relapsing for just over 3 weeks.

Before that I was quite fit, and ate extremely well.
At the moment I am struggling with sleeping and having energy.

Last night I ended up in a panic attack because I was kneeling on the floor for about 10 mins, and when i got up my legs were weak and shaking, so I started thinking the worst, that I had lost my leg muscle etc..... :scared15:

I also woke up again at 3 am with shaking legs and intrusive thoughts about my legs! so sick of this, its ridiculous!!!

I have been very inactive for 3 weeks as in I spend most of my day lying down

Has anyone else experienced weak legs from being inactive? its just hard to believe that 3 weeks has done this to me!

I plan to walk on my treadmill for 10 mins today to try build myself back up, even though I am terrified I will feel awful afterwards I know I need to do it
