I've felt alright for a while, but went away for a stag weekend (beers and lack of sleep) and on the flight back had a panic attack + anxiety is now kicking in again.. (see my intro here http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=114341 )

I'm hoping this is a blip as I feel stronger from what I've learnt thoughout experiencing this before.

For example this time on the plane I understood what what happening anc coped with it (although panic attacks are unbearable)

anyone else recovered had blips?

Boys weekends for me are off the cards,

Hi there,

You might find this post useful - a few of us had a bit of a debate about blips yesterday:

Hi,

I do think it's absolutely true that people suffer blips just as things start going well. Put it this way, people go to therapy, they get their medication and then all of a sudden **BLIP** something goes wrong again and the anxiety starts and gets worse and worse throughout time...

I wish I could cure ALL anxiety/OCD/depression/panic disorders and all mental health issues including my own... But sadly, i am not a super hero. :'(

All the best,
