Hi all,
Thought i would give this a go as im always sat at my pc pretty much :)
I'm Al, 34 from the south-east of the UK. Suffered from anxiety for many years but it progressed to severe migraines in 2008 and i havent been able to work since. I also help my wife cope with her multiple sclerosis. We have two gorgeous kids and i also play house husband.
I like to paint/draw. I find it is my meditation if you know what i mean. When i have a pencil in my hand all the worries just go away. Jees, i sound like a hippy dont i lol. When im not doing that i like to listen to rock music, play guitar, play on my XBox or muck about on my pc.
Im up for chatting to anyone about anything so if you need someone to talk to or you just fancy another email buddy give me a shout via PM ;)
