constant fear of a stroke....

everything revolves around the fear of a stroke, every tingle every feeling! hate it so much, is anyone the same??? id rather have any other illness than this fear....sounds so terrible to say this but then i could at least deal with it x

Yes its a big worry of mine too, all you can do is be realistic - how old are you? Do you have any risk factors? If yes, can you change them? If not, tell your doctor and see what they say. I know it sucks, just dont give up on the idea that you will one day be able to deal with your fears x

i know exactly how you feel,i wanted the docs to find things on my MRI scans etc because then it could be sorted and id know were i stand,cos anxiety is a bitch to fix! Strokes are well known and would be picked up in a instant,dont worry about it,these feelings your having are not to do with a stroke,but probley anxiety etc.
