can this make you sore?

im a huge poker/prodder and ive done better to stop, because every time I do I go digging and find some kind of "lump" which kills my HA.

Now my entire body is sore, from my groin to my thighs to my arms. Now, im pretty sure all the soreness is from my prodding but my stupid HA disagrees.

I bruise so easily, so when people poke me it kills for agessss after. Id say its probably down to the poking!!

lol yes! me too. me and a friend were playing around a bit and I got poked on my side. I swear i was sore for months.

It might also be due to the weather or maybe a common cold, so you have any symptoms of the flu? I know when I have it my body aches all over. But my body is also sensitive to the weather. Its changing so often lately, yesterday was sunny and now today it hasn't stopped raining!
