Ok Im under going tests for pains in my side and stomach, I have acid reflux too!

This is really stressing me out now to the point where I dont want to even move!!!

Anyone else have these problems? just need to talk really.

Can stress make my symptoms worse? I cant stand this nagging pain all the time!!

I feel like Im alone with this, even hubby thinks Im being paranoid!!!

I have had pains in every part of my body with anxiety and i have had every test over the years and they never find anything. The only thing i have been diagnosed with is anxiety and ibs and acid reflux but the last 2 are with the anxiety. Yes anxiety and stress do make sympoms worse, it took me a few years to accept it and even now if i get a new symptom i panic.
