my tongue feels upside down??!

this sounds so crazy but im so sick of it and feel so alone, most of the time my tongue feels alien, upside down or that it just doesnt belong to me, its so scary, if i get up and make myself busy it goes but i worry about being closed in or not being able to make myself busy. Does anyone know if its a symptom of some disease? im too scared to go to the docs.

How bizarre! I've just woken myself up thinking that my tongue was swelling in my mouth!

Struggling to get a full breath, too - like my belly is full and i can't quite get the lungfull of air i need.

Anxiety, by the sounds of it.
