is this a blip?

hi ive been on citalopram now for about 8 weeks i was on 10mg for 6 and the last 2 wks ive been on 15mg when i upped the dose i became very paranoid but all my physical anxiety symptoms went away such as dizzyness headaches strange head sensations etc etc the last week iv e actually felt *normal again* and getting on with my life i felt i had my life back i went to the docs today happy as larry gushing of how im my oldself again and how great im feeling...now bam all my physical symptoms have returned funny head feeling like im loosing my mind racey heart :( so whats gone wrong i duno?? could this be a blip? i feel like ive jinxed being back to what i feel is a noraml person!

It probably is just a blip, it's a bit like sods law, when you feel like it's all going well then blam lets put you in your place, just ride it out and it'll pass *fingers crossed*
