yes get this often and not only in my back it can also be in my chest and up to my jaw, very uncomfortable.

I get this too...try deflatine it helps plus if you feel tense thinking its something worse, that will add to your anxiety and then make you more uptight...I worry all the time it's my heart I usually find having a cry eases the tension. Seriously Deflatine works for me. Good luck
