Ok...so i am going backwards which is something i didnt want to do.

I am back to constenly worrying and being scared and being scittish and feeling so anxsious..and i hate it...

I went back to the doctors and they want to put me back on citilipram and propanolol... not sure if i want to go back on them but i dont want to go into full blown panic attacks...

Any suggestions of any other ways to calm and stop it spiralling without medication???
